Mobas creates brand identity for Trumpington Place

July 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Mobas has created the brand identity for Trumpington Place, a new housing development in Trumpington, Cambridge. The development – built by Carlton Homes and sold by Tucker Gardner and Bidwells – required a high standard of branding to compete with several other new developments in the area.

The designs target professionals and young families, and represent the quality and high specification to which the homes have been built. The chosen creative consists of a brochure, hoarding, point-of-sale and advertising, and uses sharp and modern angles that are inspired by the development’s architectural style – creating an abstract shape that represents the ‘TP’ of Trumpington Place. The colours and typeface compliment the contemporary look and feel of the modern development.

Trumpington Place is an exclusive, private development comprising of 13 contemporary town houses with three floors, three bedrooms and a home office. The development is located on the corner of Addenbrookes Road and Shelford Road.
