BBS, Inc. Boston rewards top performer with an iPad Mini!

WOBURN, Mass. - July 12, 2013 - PRLog -- BBS, Inc. Boston, a sales and marketing company in Woburn, MA has instituted a monthly competition in which one Sales Representative will be chosen as the recipient of an unknown prize. For the month of June, AJ Berube was awarded an iPad Mini.

The competition is based on both sales quality and sales quantity. According to Management, “The idea behind this type of promotion is to encourage each Sales Representative to strive to win that monthly prize. This type of competition is great for the morale within the office which in return positively affects production.”

When asked about the promotion Berube said, “It’s awesome to have incentives like that. Not only does it make everyone work hard, but it also makes it more fun to work here.”

“It’s really great to see people like AJ that work really hard on a consistent basis and that are motivated and focused. AJ not only performs well in terms of production but is a great leader and teacher to his peers within the company,” exclaimed one member of the Human Resources team.
