Kids Scripts Seeks to Publish Play Scripts for Elementary and Middle School Students

DENVER - July 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Kids Scripts, the play script publishing company, announced today that it is seeking submissions of original scripts designed to be performed by students in elementary and middle school. Playwrights whose scripts are accepted will receive a royalty payment each time a script is selected for performance.

Kids Scripts works with local businesses in communities across the United States to partner with elementary and middle schools to underwrite the essential costs associated with producing plays in which students can perform. "In this day and age of significant educational budget cuts, we find that in many communities, the Kids Scripts program provides the only opportunity for children to participate in the performing arts as part of their early educational experience," explained Kids Scripts Marketing Director, Mike Broemmel.

Script submissions, together with a playwright's resume, should be submitted electronically to info@kidsscripts.com. The deadline for submission of scripts to be included in the fall 2013 catalog is July 20, 2013.
