This lecture series explains the process in a project management format that breaks up the complex undertaking into four areas and assigns a time frame to each area. These areas consist of a number of tasks that should be addressed in that time frame. It also provides budget estimates for the various components in the project. The lectures provide the potential author with a framework allowing an orderly approach to the process of self-publishing. It also provides information that can prevent the author from wasting money on scams and unnecessary services. For the most part, these aren't how-to talks. Rather, there are presentations on the necessary tasks to be done, the issues involved, what decisions the author has to make and what questions have to be asked. It organizes these tasks, issues, decisions and questions into separate areas. It also gives a time frame to get them done based upon the launch date. * Budgeting: 120 days before launch * Preliminary: * Implementing: * Launch: * Post-Launch Quense is the author of Manage Your Self-publishing Project and the Fiction Writing Guides.
