Nice Properties Forms Russian Brand Management Team to Handle Recent Surge of Russian Buyers

June 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Nice Properties Real Estate Group has created a new team specialized in handling their Russian transactions and Russian brand marketing as a response to the surge in their Russian buyers looking for unique villas on the "Côte d'Azur", apartments for sale in Nice or apartments in Cannes.

The creation of this brand new team comes as Nice Properties recently opened their sixth new agency on the French Riviera and have experienced a high demand for mid and high-ranged to luxury properties with the most common request being properties in the 2-5 million €.
Team members include Nina Matrevelli, Nice Properties Senior Broker for the Massena agency, Anastasia Yagodkina, Russian Communications & Marketing who holds two Masters degrees in Marketing from Russia and France respectively, Frederic Markarian SEO Consultant and Michael Fusaro, Commercial Director for Nice Properties.
Technical sales support, Russian language website and mailings, print ads, web marketing, blog and magazine articles, promotional events and exclusive partnerships as well as social media campaigns and consulting services are some of the items on the new marketing plan for this niche clientele that is actually mainly looking for French Riviera villas.

Commercial director Michael Fusaro explains the reason behind the creation of this new "special team", "We wanted to be sure that the Nice Properties brand and platform is cohesive for all our clientele and their wishes. The team will enable us to move forward in our international marketing strategies and allow us the capability to participate in more international promotional events."
