LOS ANGELES - June 14, 2013 - PRLog -- The S.O.G Crew (abbreviation for Sons of God) is a Latin American Hip hop group based out of Anaheim, California.  Growing with the times in the urban hip-hop world of music, The S.O.G Crew breaks modes. Creating a new genre of hip-hop being dubbed ‘cause music’. It is more then music, it’s a message of hope encouragement and influence. Their lyrical under tones speak to individuals on a very intimate and personal level. Not shy to talk about their life struggles and faith in God. All the while remaining suitable to the music of today, with west coast banger beats that get you jumping. They have a hunger for quality and it is relevant in their music. The members include Dr. Robert “Battle Ax” Ornelas (MC/vocalist), Robert ‘Lil Battle Ax’ Ornelas Jr (MC/vocalist) and Krista “DJ Bloom” Rocha (MC/vocalist). Their music reveals a creative expression of their journeys in the west coast, east coast, down south, Midwest, Hawaiian Islands and Alaska. They have been established to reach all generations, nations, and countries through the influence of their ear-catching, banging beats and powerful lyrics.

The S.O.G Crew have become a major influence to youth across the globe touring the U.S., Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska and now Africa. Because they are streetwise and know how to keep it clean the crew is invited to nightclubs, colleges, universities, high schools, prisons, rehabs, project housing, and just about every Native American Indian Tribe in the U.S.

Fresh off the "Change the World Tour", the groups drops the single of the same name &  frontman Dr Robert Ornelas speaks about current musical projects and his recently announced candidacy for Lt Governor of California in 2014.  Dr. Ornelas is teaming up with Republican candidate Robert Newman, who will be running for the state’s governor. Ornelas  is the 1st  hip-hop artist with Latino  & Mexican descent to run for the office of the U.S. Vice President, in 2012 on the American Independent Party ticket.
