LONDON - July 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Capita’s Serious Case Reviews Conference is designed to explore the elements contained in the recently released Working Together to Safeguard Children (2013) guidance, following on from the recommendations featured in the Munro Review.

This event will bring together serious case review professionals to explore aspects of successful learning models which follow a systems methodology approach in addition to key aspects of carrying out robust and effective serious case reviews.

Key multi-agency stakeholders will address essential topics including:

• Exploring different approaches, including the Learning Together model, Significant Incident Learning Processes (SILP) and Root Cause Analysis

• Engagement with other agencies, including adult safeguarding services and criminal justice partners
