The BCAE and Chef Jason Bond Host an Adventure on the High Seas

WHAT: This July the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is hitting the high seas to catch dinner (catching rays is a fringe benefit) at its new two day class, Go Fish! with Chef Jason Bond & Captain Paul. Go Fish starts aboard Reel Pursuit’s fishing boat with Captain Paul on Monday, July 8th, 2013 and ends in the BCAE kitchens the following day with Chef Jason Bond of award-winning Bondir restaurant located in Cambridge, MA, who’ll show you how to skin, bone, fillet and cook what you’ve hooked! Awaken your inner angler and make some memories you’ll be sharing for years to come. This two session course (which includes your fishing trip, cooking lesson and freshly caught dinner) costs $120, $102 for BCAE members, $15 materials cost. Come on aboard!

WHEN: Monday, July 8th, 2013 & Tuesday, July 9th, 2013, 5:45PM - 9:00PM.  

The first session of this class will meet on July 8th, 2013 at 5:45PM at the Constitution Marina in Charlestown (5 minutes from North Station, see link for directions (www.constitutionmarina.com/). The second session of the class will meet in the kitchen at the BCAE (122 Arlington Street) on July 9th, 2013 at 6:00PM. All fish will be delivered to the BCAE for cooking on Tuesday night.
