| ![]() Chrysler Canada Achieves Record Sales for the Month of MayThis past month, Chrysler Canada saw the tenth highest sales month in the company’s history. More all-time sales records were set for the Ram 1500, Dodge Avenger, Dodge Dart, and Chrysler Town & Country.

However, the Chrysler Town & Country had a 26% increase in year-over-year sales last month with 1,112 total vans sold. For Ram trucks, May 2013 was a landmark period. Reportedly, a total of 8,045 Ram 1500’s were sold last month, which was a 22% increase over the 6,596 models sold In May 2012. Out of approximately 300 different makes and models, the Ram brand is still the second best-selling in the entire country. The Jeep Patriot and Jeep Compass sported a 28% increase in May sales over May 2012 with 745 and 751 vehicles sold respectively. The Jeep Wrangler is still Canada’s leading sport utility vehicle in the compact segment with 2,152 automobiles sold, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee took over as the best-selling model in the full-size segment with 1,266 sales.
