GiveGab Exhibits at Points of Light’s Annual Conference on Volunteering and Service

ITHACA, N.Y. - May 30, 2013 - PRLog -- GiveGab, the social network for volunteers, announces it will exhibit at Points of Light’s Annual Conference on Volunteering and Service from June 19-21, 2013 in Washington, D.C.   The Conference is the world's largest gathering of volunteer and service leaders from the nonprofit, corporate and government sectors.  Visitors to the GiveGab booth can demo the site, and learn how it’s designed to make volunteering and volunteer management easier.  

The process of matching volunteers with opportunities, and then administratively tracking their volunteer hours is often very difficult.  The software was developed to make the process of volunteering fun and simple, while helping to make volunteer management and reporting more streamlined.  GiveGab is utilized by nonprofits, schools and businesses that encourage people to volunteer in their communities.
