Pet Fashion Runway Event With Designer Ada Nieves on June 6th, 2013

ASTORIA, N.Y. - May 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Get ready to watch our furry four-legged friends strut their stuff! Halo, Purely for Pets, the natural pet food company co-owned by Ellen DeGeneres, is hosting a Pet Fashion Runway Show Event with Designer Ada Nieves on June 6th, 2013.

The event is part of Halo’s month long event, “Halo City Tails – NYC,” a Pop up Shop which unites pet lovers, provides easy ways for visitors to help pets in need, and engages customers with the Halo brand and philanthropic mission.  

When: Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

What: A Pet Fashion Runway Show Event with Designer Ada Nieves. Enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the latest “Hollywoof Collection.” The fashion includes: The Rita Hayworth, Charles Chaplin, Valentino, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Groucho Marx, Judy Garland and Lucille Ball inspired daily outfits.

Throughout the month, Pop up Shop visitors can meet adoptable pets from local shelters and rescues, enter weekly raffles, hear from experts and attend pet performances like Ada Nieves’ Pet Fashion Runway Show.

Donors receive merchandise from the Ellen Show, chances to win prizes like shelter donations, tickets to see the Ellen Show in Los Angeles, and more.
