The White Law Group is now available to meet with clients in Vero Beach, Florida.

CHICAGO - May 24, 2013 - PRLog -- The White Law Group is please to announce that it is now available to meet with clients and potential clients in Vero Beach, Florida and the surrounding areas.

The White Law Group has its Florida office in Boca Raton, Florida because of the obvious benefits of being located so close to FINRA Dispute Resolutions’ Southeast headquarters, which are also in Boca Raton just down the street from the firm's Boca office.  

Although The White Law Group’s main offices will remain in Chicago and Boca Raton, the firm’s managing partner, D. Daxton White, is moving to Vero Beach and will now be available to meet with clients and potential clients in the Vero Beach area who schedule an appointment with the firm's Boca Raton office.

Mr. White is a member of the Florida and Illinois Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), an association of securities attorneys who dedicate their practices to the representation of investors defrauded by their financial professional or brokerage firm.  

He graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a degree in economics. He obtained his law degree from the Florida State College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida, and has also taken legal history courses at Oxford University in Oxford, England.

Most of Mr. White’s clients are individuals who have been defrauded by their investment professional or brokerage firm and he has handled over 400 FINRA arbitration cases on behalf of investors, including handling claims against most of the FINRA registered broker-dealers. These cases have included claims for, among other things, unsuitability, fraud, negligence, failure to supervise, and breach of fiduciary duty.

When asked about the move, Mr. White said "Vero Beach has always been an under serviced area of the country.  Although there are certainly instances of securities fraud in the Vero area, most residents probably have to look to South Florida or Orlando to find an attorney who has experience with the FINRA arbitration.  I am certainly excited about the move for all of the great things that the city has to offer for me and my family, but I am also hopeful that I will be able to help those in Vero that have been the victims of securities fraud."
