5th Edition PMP Workshop in Bangalore and Mumbai – Starts on 1 June 2013

May 22, 2013 - PRLog -- PMI has been updated Project Management Professional (PMP) from 4th edition to 5th edition in Jan’13. PMP has five group of project management process. These are Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and last one closing the project.  

As you know in 4th edition there were nine knowledge areas. In   5th edition one additional knowledge area has been added that is Project Stakeholder Management. Structured planning can make a project successful. PMI has given more value to planning part in 5th edition. So in planning part four new processes (Plan Scope Management, Plan Schedule Management, Plan Stakeholder Management, and Plan Cost management) have been included.

Training Date: 1-2 June-13 & 8-9 June-13

If you wants to attain PMP examination before 1 July’13, can go with 4th edition. For participating in 5th edition you have to give examination after 31 July’13

An eligibility criterion is same as 4th edition. Applicant must have 35 hours contact certificate. This certificate you can get from Bacancy Trainings.
