To be eligible for endorsement, potential candidates completed a questionnaire which was followed by an interview with UPCC's Pac. The interviews were held Wednesday, May 15 2013. UPCC will either support, oppose or remain neutral on each candidate who completes its endorsement process. UPCC may also oppose or remain neutral on any candidate who does not complete endorsement process. About United Parents of Culver City Founded May 2012 by parents from all of Culver City Unified School District Schools, United Parents of Culver City (UPCC) gives parents a voice in promoting an educational culture that places the interests of students before those of adults. UPCC is a non-partisan political union of parents advocating for their kids. The purpose of UPCC is to "have a place at the table" where decisions are made that impact Culver City kids. UPCC has Parent Teams to research and organize on complex issues. Working cooperatively with the Superintendent, UPCC helps to make the best decision for all of Culver City's kids.
