My Call Home Launches Pakistan Community Events Calendar for May and June

Miss Pakistan UK Event – Friday 24 May 2013

Miss Pakistan UK 2013 is coming to Premier House in Harrow on Friday 24 May, and all are invited to enjoy the show.

This national competition allows girls all over the UK to celebrate their country of origin, and enjoy an evening of entertainment with performances by Kamal Raja, Navin Kundra, Khiza ft Soni-J, Arslan Baig, Adaa, and the Bollywood Brothers Dance Team.

Hosted by Rameez and Lucky, the show will judge the girls on all the traditional pageant criteria, including appearance, intelligence, talent, personality and gracefulness. It promises to be a sensational event, full of surprises and celebrations of Pakistani heritage and culture.

The Pakistani Society 60th Annual Dinner – Wednesday 5 June 2013

The 60th annual dinner for the Pakistani Society will be held on Wednesday 5 June at Lincoln’s Inn, London.

Attendees will join Guest of Honour, The Rt. Hon. Baroness Warsi, Senior Minister of State at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Minister for Faith and Communities at the Department for Communities and Local Government, for what promises to be a fantastic evening.

CARE Pakistan National 3 Peaks 24 Hour Challenge – Friday 7 June to Sunday 9 June

The CARE Pakistan charity is organising its second annual 3 peaks challenge, ascending the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales; and doing it all within just 24 hours. It’s the most popular mountaineering event in the UK, and the proceeds will go to educating underprivileged children in Pakistan.
