“I’ve been reading romance novels all my life, but I’d never planned on being a romance author.” AJ began, “It all started when some of my friends encouraged me to read a popular series of books. When I told one of them I didn’t enjoy it and could probably write a better book in my sleep, she called me on it, ‘Prove it!’”

“So that is exactly what I decided to do. I sat down and made a list of what I enjoyed in a romance novel, and then I set out to create my novel that way. I wasn’t sure it would work or if anyone would even want to read it, but I wrote it anyway and published it.
