Emperor Labs launches with a new business model for incubators

We believe that we can change the way people think about work.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- St. Petersburg, Florida - Emperor Labs, a different kind of tech startup launches today and promises to disrupt the labor market through an interesting process whereby other tech statups are launched and managed.

The company calls itself an incubator because that's the closest commonly acceptable term when looking at their business model. Yet its model is far from common.

Emperor Labs CEO, Julius Muller, explains that "We believe that we can change the way people think about work. Especially in the tech industry."

When asked how his company will achieve these lofty goals, Muller replies "At the point of inception we are focusing on equitable distribution of ownership, responsibility and impact. We are tapping into motivational aspects of talented individuals who engage in high-level, sophisticated problem solving and using those as a basis for producing better products while at the same time fostering a personal fulfillment-based employment concept. Something you don't see often in corporate America. If at all."

With the launch, Emperor Labs is opening its website for startups, entrepreneurs, developers, programmers, UI designers, engineers, marketers, software sales personnel and individuals with support experience to submit their ideas and qualifications for consideration.
