April 5, 2013 - PRLog -- http://www.PasstheSafeExam.com © is a new service, providing a study methods course that enables those taking the NMLS S.A.F.E. Mortgage Loan Originator test to learn study habits and mindsets to empower them to pass the S.A.F.E. test on the first try. The course is video based, and includes a "Pay What You Want" business model, allowing those purchasing the course to choose between various pay options and still receive the entire course.

The NMLS test is a formidable obstacle to those wanting to become a Mortgage Loan Originator. There is not only a ton of information to learn and understand, but a special mindset required to know how to put all that information together in a way that makes sense. There is also a requirement to pay a second fee to retest in the event of failing on the first attempt, and to wait 30 more days (during which no business can be solicited). Given that reality, it makes sense for test takers to do whatever is needed to make sure they pass the test on the first try.

Carey Green created the Pass the S.A.F.E. Exam Study Methods Course © because he knows how tough it is to pass the 110 question NMLS S.A.F.E. test. He took and passed the test with an 87% score in January 2013. That score may not sound very impressive, until you realize that 38% of testers fail the exam altogether the first time. Of those who do retake the test, 71% fail the second time.

Carey says of his experience...

"The Mortgage industry is an important, professional realm of business and society, and it requires a serious commitment to learn the skills and information needed to do the job well, not just pass a test. I had a hunch that I should take my time and figure out how to learn the information well, the 'right way,' before I even attempted the test. I didn't want to waste my time or my money having to retake the test. I turns out my hunch was right. In offering this course, I want to multiply my success into success for others."

The "Pay What You Want" business model is a bit novel as well, and there is a very firm and sympathetic train of thought behind it.

"In doing everything required to become a Mortgage Loan Originator, I had to pay over $12000, which will vary depending on which and how many States a person is seeking to become licensed. With that kind of expense already being borne by test-takers, I didn't want to put yet another unnecessary financial burden on them. So, I came up with the 'Pay What You Want' model in an effort to communicate my empathy with the test-taker's situation, as well as let them know that I'm truly desiring to be a resource to them, to help them be successful when it comes to passing the S.A.F.E. test."
