In her role as CBO, Dasha’s office will focus on the company's brand image, message and promise and ensures the brand is infused into all parts of the network from marketing and advertising, design, events, customer service and everything in between. The elements would consist of the product/project itself; look, price, the packaging, and etc. - brand implementation consistency of brand identity across visual and verbal media including: Online, Social Media, Blogs, Product Design and Branded Merchandise, and etc.

Dasha has over a decade of comprehensive branding & marketing experience specializing in brand management, creative development and process & execution. Moreover, her expertise in digital & social media have driven the reach, relevance and increased the market share of companies ranging from early-stage recording labels to established media & entertainment agencies. Dasha Ware is expected to lead Q3030's marketing and branding efforts to acquire its projected goal of over 5 million active subscribers in the next four years. In the role of CBO Dasha will also be responsible for planning and implementation of the branding & marketing strategies for the Network's Digital Sales division.
