March 26, 2013 - PRLog -- SearchCheapFlights has primarily supported the travelling community of the UK with bargain deals for flights all over the globe. According to latest news reported by E Travel Blackboard, British Airways has announced Los Angeles as its first destination to be served with its first Airbus A380 from its London hub of Heathrow Airport.

The A380 will ensure superior flight capacity to provide convenient bookings for clients, while long haul routes will also mean lesser need for connecting flights between the two destinations when passengers are flying with the new aircraft.

SearchCheapFlights is registered with multiple international air carriers to facilitate a global destination network of connecting and direct flights under one roof. The agency also provides bargain deals for destinations serviced by British Airways from the UK, with flights to Panama City, Brisbane, Lagos, Seoul and Santiago available for booking online as well as via hotline with the agents.

The A380 on the Los Angeles route would start operations on the 15th of October, and will be the 1st of a total of twelve aircraft of the superjumbo model to be received by British Airways. Hong Kong is outlined to be the 2nd destination for the airline’s upcoming A380s, which will become operational in November.

A central melting pot for global ethnic diversity to converge in one region, Los Angeles is the most populous settlement known to the modern world. The city itself is one metropolitan hub for the entire state of California, and has a prime spot for its beaches along the western coasts of the United States. It primarily has a cultural affinity with being the centre of Hollywood industry, thus attracting global popularity in a unique dimension altogether.

Streaming in the influx of one of the main destinations in the US, Los Angeles is being covered by numerous international airlines offering airfare at competitive rates for flights from London. United Airlines, Air Canada, Swiss Air and Austrian Airlines are among a few of these operators whose schedules are available for booking on the SearchCheapFlights database.

The Airbus A380 is the largest commercial airliner available in the aviation market, supported with four engines and accommodating a double deck cabin within its wide body structure. The aircraft has been designed in accordance to the demand of large scale operators for long haul routes in order to facilitate larger payloads on lesser flight frequencies.

The flag carrier airline of the UK, British Airways shoulders its role for supporting the bulk of the needs of the UK traveller market. Being based on a hub which is the world’s busiest airport, British Airways caters for the largest passenger loads among international air carriers operating on Heathrow International Airport. The airline has aimed for a state of the art overhaul of its long haul service fleet, expecting orders for the latest aircraft such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliners apart from the Airbus A380s.
