DALLAS - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- The Beck Group was honored as one of the Healthiest Employers in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal.

Beck ranked fourth among 20 large companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ranking recognizes companies committed to creating a healthy workplace, measuring wellness in six categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.

Beck cultivates a culture of wellness. In addition to a cost-effective health benefits offering, Beck instituted a “Building Better Health” wellness program designed to help employees live healthier. By participating in the wellness program, employees are rewarded for taking charge of improving or maintaining their health, becoming eligible for up to $1,040 annual savings on their medical premium contributions, monthly health club subsidies, smoking cessation and weight loss program rebates, electronics, vacations and more.

The Building Better Health wellness program also earned Beck recognition from the American Heart Association as a 2012 Platinum Level Fit-Friendly Company. In 2011 and 2012, Beck was awarded Healthiest Employer in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal.
