Toll Brothers to Host Spring Open House Event in Southeast Michigan March 9 & 10
Two-day event runs 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, March 9 & 10, and offers the rare chance to take a guided tour of homes under construction as well as professionally decorated model homes in Ann Arbor, Northville, Novi, and Oakland Township.
“With all the construction activity we have under way, buyers have a unique chance to tour a range of home designs at various stages of construction and see a variety of customizing options,” says Jeff Brainard, assistant vice president of Toll Brothers’ Michigan Division. “It’s the ideal time to come out and see all the possibilities you have when you build a Toll Brothers home.”
Toll Brothers is known for the customization opportunities they offer to home buyers. Every home offers hundreds of prepriced options – from altering floor plans with structural options, such as a first-floor in-law suite, expanded kitchen, finished basement or play room, to personalizing interior appointments from a vast selection of cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, flooring, trim and lighting choices.
The national home builder has seen sales increase significantly in the last 10 months. “There has never been a better time to build your dream home,” Brainard says. “In a time when inventory of homes for sale is low, we are able to meet the demand – we have a great selection of premier locations in highly desirable communities, and buyers can truly get the home of their dreams at a great price with an incredible mortgage rate.”
The spring open house event takes place at all four Toll Brothers communities across metro Detroit. In Oakland Township, Toll Brothers is celebrating the grand opening of its newest community, Century Oaks, located minutes from downtown Rochester, offering low township taxes and Rochester schools. Single-family estate homes on expansive home sites begin in the mid-$400,000s. A new model home now is open and available to tour.
Steeplechase of Northville, located in Northville on the north side of Six Mile Road, 1 1/2 miles west of Beck, is offering a new section of estate-size home sites with stunning views. Home prices start in the low $500,000s.
Island Lake of Novi, located on the northwest corner of 10 Mile and Wixom roads, recently released a new section of single-family homes from the upper $400,000s. These final home sites are on a cul-de-sac street on the south side of the community, close to the amenities. This award-winning community features a 170-acre lake, clubhouse with pool and fitness center, resident boat docks, sandy beaches, lakeside parks, miles of walking paths, and tennis and sand volleyball courts.
Toll Brothers recently celebrated the grand opening of a new model in Ann Arbor at The Pines at Lake Forest. This community offers acclaimed Ann Arbor schools, an exceptional location minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, and low Pittsfield township taxes. Pricing starts in the upper $400,000s. The community is located on the east side of Maple Road, ¼ mile south of Ellsworth Road.
In Milford, Toll Brothers now is offering the final opportunity to build a new home at The Preserve at Maple Lake, a private lake community of stunning homes on estate home sites. For information, call or visit the Island Lake of Novi model home.
