Feb. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- CRM RFI/RFP Templates enable users to quickly and accurately gather system requirements, prepare a requirements specification, RFI or RFP (for issue to vendors) and then assist with a user’s evaluation and comparison of vendor responses.

The CRM RFI/RFP Templates have been revised as at February 2013. As well as bringing software functional criteria completely up-to-date, the templates have undergone a major format revision to make them faster and easier to use.

Richard Starling, Axia’s Director explains, “The key enhancements include separate easy-to-amend RFI and RFP templates, to save time creating your own RFI or RFP, plus a reduced number of worksheets, with software criteria listed in a logical order – making it even quicker and easier to configure to your needs".

The Templates are completely impartial and unbiased towards any software vendor, and are written in MS Excel for fast amendment and configuration to a user’s precise needs.

Two RFI/RFP Template versions – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) are available for immediate download from Axia’s online shop.
