Feb. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Dundas and Duce were founded in 1985 and based in the town of Maidstone, Kent. The firm quickly established itself as a dynamic and capable company able to deliver quality care and legal services to its clients.
Colin Duce joined the company in 1994 and developed and established the Conveyancing department, which is now the main base of Dundas and Duce. Mark Sayers came to the firm and expanded all private client services to include Will Writing & Probate services. The company are now able to provide Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Private Client services in the Kent and surrounding areas.
Dundas and Duce started to use Redbrick Solutions Practice Management in the Conveyancing department alone, however it became clear early on that this solution was delivering the requirements of speed, user friendliness and efficiency that would in turn benefit other departments within the business. Departments where this solution is now being implemented are the Probate and the finance departments. The Finance department use Redbrick Business Intelligence for their accounts and management reporting with great success.
Dundas and Duce have seen as a result of using Redbrick Practice Management and Redbrick Business Intelligence that they are able to address the needs and concerns of their clients. They are able to do this with speed, accuracy and transparency, which meet client expectations. Client data is now stored in one central location so as a result of this the data is easily accessible whether the client is on the phone or an enquiry into a historical matter the information is there and ready within seconds.
