Checkpoint eLearning together with the Goethe University Frankfurt surveyed customers of 47 eLearning service providers from the German-speaking market about their satisfaction with eLearning products and service providers. Customers evaluated their service providers on product quality, service quality, customer focus, price performance ratio and the reliability of the service provider. As a result eFront partner CLICK&LEARN was awarded in the category “Learning Management Systems” for eFront well ahead of second place.
