NewVoiceMedia appoints EVP Sales

Feb. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has announced the appointment of Matt Tuson as EVP Sales.

The new position follows investment of $20m from Highland Capital Partners Europe, MMC Ventures, Notion Capital and Eden Ventures, which will help accelerate NewVoiceMedia’s global ambitions including opening new offices in North America, where its solutions are already widely used. Tuson will continue to expand the global sales organisation, accelerating growth through new customer acquisition and maintaining successful and trusted partnerships with existing customers.

Tuson joins from salesforce.com where he led Service Cloud’s sales distribution and go-to-market strategy across EMEA. NewVoiceMedia’s new US office will bring the company closer to Salesforce as it works on extending its partnership. The solution ‘ContactWorld for Salesforce’, integrates natively with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, enabling customers to quickly and easily deploy best-in-class contact centres.

Prior to his role at salesforce.com, Matt was Vice President of Sales at RightNow Technologies (Oracle), a web, social and contact centre solution, where he served for ten years.
