Rapid changes in online indexing due to updates and changes in Google's algorithms are now heavily favoring user generated content. Small business and professional practice owners can use these changes to their advantage.
A significant aspect of the new Google updates is a new emphasis on Google+ and the migration of Google Places listings for businesses to Google+ Local. The rating system for businesses are being converted to the ZAGAT rating system to create the Google+ Local reviews feature.
