How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card in Arizona

Dec. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Proposition 203, known as the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, legalized the use of medical marijuana. Those who qualify for the use of medical marijuana must possess an identification card. In order to get a card, a patient must suffer from a condition or illness that meets the requirement for entry into the medical marijuana program. These can include forms of cancer, severe or chronic pain, glaucoma, HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis C, Crohn’s Disease, and many more. The patient must then provide a valid form of identification, which includes either an Arizona driver’s license or state ID card.
