Nov. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Last week i received my 3DS XL,  as soon as i received it, i checked some sites and tried to find a reliable site to buy a 3ds flashcart for my new 3DS XL. Here is my experience with them.

Before i bought from them, i was thinking i need to find a site which should accept paypal payment, based in USA so i can receive the card in a few days,  the card should be working on my 3ds xl out of box because i don't have a DS console to do the update.  After i did some research, i found looks like no site can accept paypal because paypal has banned all the flash cart resellers.
