-- Strategic Data Systems (SDS) has been selected to speak at the upcoming SPTechCon event in San Francisco, CA. Patrick Tucker, Principle SharePoint Consultant at SDS, is one of the less than 40 speakers, chosen nationwide, to present at this prestigious annual west-coast conference. He will be leading two sessions: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle with Content Types, and Code Tax: Programming with the Taxonomy API in SharePoint 2010 at event on March 6th.
SPTechCon, the SharePoint Technical Conference, has quickly become the largest independent event focused solely on Microsoft’s collaboration and content management platform. It is a "Who’s Who" of SharePoint, attracting Microsoft MVPs, certified masters and other experts in the technology. It is the largest independent SharePoint conference for IT professionals, business managers, analysts, and developers.
Tucker is a Principle SharePoint Consultant with SDS, and has been a SharePoint architect, developer, consultant and trainer with more than 13 years. His experience includes developing applications with Microsoft technologies, and training others to do the same. Tucker holds certifications in SharePoint, .NET and SQL Server, including MCPD, MCITP, MCSD, MCTS, and MCT. He has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2000. He and fellow SDS team member, Scott Brickey, have been selected to speak at several SharePoint Saturday 2012 events throughout our region, and beyond.
