-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing its December 2012 live property bus tour. This event will take place on December 1, 2012 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The bus will be visiting various investment properties in Connecticut.
This bus tour will be an educational viewing of various properties in Connecticut. All properties that are included in this tour will come with a detailed summary sheet of the property with the current purchase price and cost of total renovations. This will allow attendees to project the potential profits for each property. This package will help investors determine the investment basis, selling price, and total profit.
The moderators for this tour have expertise on over 30 properties in the buying and rental sectors. This tour will offer attendees the opportunity to purchase properties, meet with some of the best real estate investors, and network with other like-minded investors. Attendees will learn how to: develop and continue to improve a real estate investment team while touring potential investment opportunities;
avoid pitfalls and take advantage of those that other investors avoid; analyze a rehab project to prevent over spending; and much more.
CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people who want to buy homes or investment properties.
