Users who desire to broadcast above 500 contacts need to upgrade to a paid level of Service. Users may broadcast unlimited amount of times within their account as long as they do not exceed 500 contacts. Paid accounts may send as many broadcasts to the amount of contacts paid for within their respected account Services; all Services may be prepaid.

Free accounts are of a basic nature and allow the User to post unlimited broadcast within its own network. Paid accounts allow the User to upgrade pay via PayPal monthly or prepay for a 12 month period, and is allowed unlimited broadcast to a larger amount of network Users. Users who cancel the payment agreement with PayPal go back to a Free Services account status and loss paid account privileges.

User shall be responsible for fulfilling the Terms of this Agreement and any other Policies and/or Agreements. All Users‟ are responsible for supplying us with accurate data at all times and modifying any User information immediately when changes occur, the quality of data entered by the User, and validity of data entered by the User, including the source of the data. The User is required to conform to reasonable efforts not to enter or present any unauthorized access to or use of the Services at any time, and agree to contact gobuzz.me when any such breach occurs. Furthermore, the User agrees to only use our Services in accordance with these Terms or any other policy provided on the Website, directly to the User, applicable laws and or government regulations.

All Users agree not to conduct the following:

sell, resell, rent or lease any content, marks, or services within the Website

store, transmit infringing, libelous, unlawful, indirect material, or in violation of third-party privacy rights data

store or transmit Malicious Codes

interfere with the performance of the Website, services or any third-party data

try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, user accounts unauthorized to access, services or any related systems

post unauthorized commercial communications (spam);

GoBuzz does not warrant that its Website will meet any User requirements and reliance upon any Materials, and any use of the Internet in general shall be at your own risk. GoBuzz denies any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or materials displayed. GoBuzz does not claim ownership of any materials Users‟ submit within our Website, including feedback, suggestions, post, uploads, or any input to our Website or its associated Services (“Submissions”). solicit login information or access an account belonging to another User;

bully, intimidate, or harass any user;

post content that is hateful, threatening, and pornographic materials; incites violence; nudity; or graphic/gratuitous violence;

develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions;

conduct any actions that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of GoBuzz.Me, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other GoBuzz.Me functionality; and

encourage violations of these Terms by other Users.
