Santa Catalina Island Company Renovates Vacation Casas in Two Harbors

The three-bedroom Casa Santa Cruz (http://www.visitcatalinaisland.com/twoHarbors/lodg_guestHouse.php) sleeps eight and features a two-story living room with whitewashed cedar walls complete with aquamarine and lime-green furnishings and Catalina quarry rock fireplace. A spiral staircase leads to a second-story loft that doubles as a large, cozy family room. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with sunlight and present a spectacular view of Isthmus Cove.  

The charming four-bedroom Casa Santa Rosa (http://www.visitcatalinaisland.com/twoHarbors/lodg_bungal...) sleeps eight and has two master suites with en-suite bathrooms, an outdoor shower and oversized patio with barbeque. The casa has mostly light wooden floors accented with brightly colored rugs and walls.  An expansive front deck offers outdoor dining while lounge chairs at the deck’s west end provides a perfect setting to curl up with a good book or watch activity at the beach. The casa’s exterior is surrounded by native plants and a lovely pepper tree.

Both casas rent for $1200 a night or $6000 per week, including fully equipped kitchens, personal-sized toiletries, linens, beach towels, bicycles and pick up service at the boat dock on arrival and departure. For an additional cost, you can make arrangements for grocery delivery, mid-week housekeeping services and catering.
