Mosaic Cloud App For Photographers Hosts Over 1 Million Photos
Mosaic View integrates with Adobe Lightroom to mirror complete photo libraries
The company’s product, Mosaic View, integrates with Adobe’s Lightroom to provide serious photographers with instant access to all their photos from any Internet-connected device, including tablets and smartphones. Until the launch of Mosaic View ten weeks ago, Lightroom customers did not have a cloud option for automatically viewing their photos on the web or mobile devices.
“We are photographers,”
Photographers expect instant, automatic and ubiquitous access to all their files on all their devices. Because of the unique ways that Adobe’s Lightroom edits and stores photos, generic storage solutions like Dropbox don’t help.
“Mosaic offers me the ability to view my Lightroom catalogue anywhere, anytime, using nothing more than a smartphone. I find this truly invaluable.”
"Mosaic View makes it so much easier to view my LR images on the move, whenever and wherever I need it!" Said Feroz Khan, owner of the professional photo studio. Razor Sharp Images.
“Mosaic View has allowed me to share my photos with my clients on my iPad. I make sure I have the iPad with me on every weeding I shoot, as I am often asked for samples of my work. It couldn't be easier with Mosaic.” Said Steve Kimball of Steve Kimball Photography in Harvard, MA
Lightroom competes with Apple’s Aperture and iPhoto products.
Pricing and Availability
Mosaic View is available Mac only. A Windows version is expected later this year. Photographers can store up to 2,000 images for free, and unlimited image access is just $24 per month.
Mosaic Storage Systems, Inc was founded in March 2010. Mosaic has two products - Mosaic Archive and Mosaic View. Both products help photographers protect and enjoy their photos. Mosaic is located in the beautiful state of New Hampshire. www.mosaicarchive.com
