RingDNA Strengthens Executive Team by Hiring Kanwar Saluja as COO

Oct. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- (LOS ANGELES) - RingDNA today announced the appointment of Kanwar Saluja as Chief Operating Officer. Saluja is leading RingDNA’s end-to-end business operations. He is responsible for driving key business strategies, capability and efficiency, as well as acquiring the talent needed to position the company as an industry leader in intelligent voice communications. Saluja will report directly to Founder and CEO Howard Brown and be based out of the company’s San Francisco office.

Returning from Australia after several years, Saluja possesses over 15 years of international leadership experience in mobile technology and finance.  Immediately before joining the RingDNA team as COO, Kanwar was a business consultant to companies operating in business process management, spatial video and mobile device management verticals.

From 2003 to 2009, Kanwar played a lead role in commercializing iBurst, Australia’s first wireless broadband network. As the iBurst network’s first GM, Kanwar helped grow sales from zero to $50m cumulative over six years by building a channel-based consumer and enterprise customer base. Based on the success in Australia, twelve more iBurst networks were launched around the world and iBurst became a globally certified radio interface standard.

As a widely quoted authority on mobile innovation, Saluja provided expert testimony before the Australian House of Representatives Inquiry into benefits of wireless broadband technology.

Saluja graduated as an Alumni Scholar from the Stern School of Business at New York University where he earned degrees in Finance and Marketing.
