Social Girls Night Out With Diva and Dorks

Sept. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA (September 18, 2012) Creator and Publisher of DivasandDorks.com, Christen Rochon, in partnership with Microsoft Store and Windows Phone, will host Social Girls Night Out: Social Media & Gaming Event Monday September 24, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Microsoft Store in Atlanta’s Lenox Square Mall (3393 Peachtree Rd NE).

Social Girls Night Out is a social media and gaming event for girls ages 14 – 18 and their parents. Attendees will receive information on a variety of games and overall social media management tips. How many times have you seen cyber-bullying, explicit photos or other forms of inappropriate behavior coming from teens and young adults on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more? Social Girls Night Out is a place where girls can socialize with their peers and their parents while learning not only about great gadgets, apps and programs – but also develop social media etiquette, integrity and skills to make social media work for them.  

Parents are encouraged to attend with their teen daughters to learn the latest in internet security and monitoring for teens. This parent-friendly event includes plenty of demos, games and prizes for all.
