Now before I proceed to share with you on the methods, please allow me to share my experience with you. I too suffered from this disease for many years. It started when I was 26 years of age. It was one of those wild nights out with the “boys”, too much booze and too little common sense. Woke up the next day and I think you can guess the rest. But, that did not end there, in fact that was actually a turning point for my health. You may say, luckily I did not get other diseases, but belief you me, Candida Yeast infection is no joke. Thank God, after trying out for months, finally I found 3 home remedies that worked for me and helped me manage the itch and the discharge. These are the treatment methods I used.

1.      Apple Cider Vinegar
The formula I used is: Mix 1 portion of apple cider vinegar with 3 portions of water and douche. Follow with step 2.

2.      Garlic
Yes, it may sound weird, putting garlic into your private parts, but it actually works. Well from my researched, it seems garlic has natural anti-fungal properties that actually stop for virus from spreading. This is the formula I used. Take a clove of garlic, peel and wash it clean. Lightly press the clove between your palms to crack the garlic a little. Take a piece of cheese cloth, soak it in olive oil, put the clove in, wrap the ages around the garlic and tie a string securely around it. Insert it like a tampon and leave it there overnight. Remove the next morning.

3.      Good old pain unsweetened yogurt .
I always have a quart of this in my fridge. Applied it on the infected areas and left it there over night. It can be applied on the outer part as well as the inner part of the vagina. I often used this method as the third step, after step 1 and 2 above.
