Sept. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Now that we are in September and the year is beginning to wind down, it is that time to begin thinking about the upcoming 2013 fiscal year.  For the Property Management industry, this is a very hectic time of year.  Between budgeting, reserves, annual meetings and all the other items, it is a good idea to get a head start on the process.

For many Homeowners Associations, this will be the time that many of their contracts with their management companies will be coming up for renewal.  This is a time when many associations will be comparing their current companies to others in the area who may offer different ideas.  At Inventive Property Management, we hear a common theme when dealing with this, that there is a lack of choices to pick from for good management companies.  Fortunately we are now available for the Winston Salem, and Piedmont Triad to provide a higher level of service.
