When Gatekeeper Business Solutions released lms.net, Bocaire was one of the first clients to be upgraded to the new Cloud-based platform.  After a successful, implementation Bocaire has more flexibility and functional depth to automate time & labor needs.

“As a long time user of Gatekeeper software at several clubs, I also participated in their focus group sessions for design of the new web based version for labor management,” said Evelyn Adams, Controller, Bocaire Country Club.  “This summer Bocaire Country Club completed the migration from the Gatekeeper installed version, lms.net, to the new web based, hosted solution. Our managers now have remote access to this labor saving software, and able to edit missing punches, enter schedules and run their reports.  In addition, Gatekeeper worked closely with our payroll processor, CertiPay to create a seamless integration of their two systems.  New hire employee information set up in CertiPay payroll flows electronically to Gatekeeper’s Time & Attendance module, and employee work time data flows back to CertiPay for payroll processing.  The new platform, along with biometric time terminals bring added savings in administrative time, eliminates errors from rekeying data, and continues to control our labor costs.”
