TSRHC Patients to Participate in Fifth Annual jcpenney Back-to-School Style Show

jcpenney Back-to-School Style Show features Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children patients
 
Aug. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- jcpenney will host a back-to-school style show for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) http://www.tsrhc.org/  spina bifida patients who are a part of TSRHC’s Successful Bridges Program. This event helps build self-esteem and independence for teens with the condition. This will be the fifth year for jcpenney to host the group as they model the latest fashions down the runway.
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children established the Successful Bridges Teen program for TSRHC patients 14-to-18-years-old with http://www.tsrhc.org/pediatric-developmental-disabilities.htm spina bifida. The overall goals of the program are to assist teens in building bridges to self-sufficiency and support families as their teens achieve developmental milestones. The program collaborates with community agencies to provide educational opportunities and guest speakers.
