Founder of I Love To Write Day Will Publish a “Family Friendly Book and Apps Directory”

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of I Love To Write Day, Founder John Riddle is creating a “Family Friendly Book and Apps Directory,” and authors can list their books and Apps at no cost.

“In 2002 I launched I Love To Write Day as a grassroots campaign to have people of all ages practice writing every November 15. Last year over 28,000 schools all across the U.S. held special ILTWD events and activities. Bookstores, libraries, writing groups, community centers and even a few malls joined in the fun,” said Riddle, an author and ghostwriter from Delaware.

The directory will be published in September and distributed to the school librarians at the ILTWD member schools, who will share it with students, parents and teachers. Subscribers of the ILTWD newsletters will also receive a copy of the directory.

Authors of family friendly books and Apps can have a basic listing in the directory at no charge. The basic listing includes: title, author, price and Website. Paid ads also available, and authors can include the book/App cover image and 5 lines of copy.
