What is Feel? What does it mean? And how do you find it? ?

What is meant by the amorphous yet often used term ... feel? And how do you acquire it ?

Aug. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- The great golf instructor Ernest Jones, author of the classic golf instruction book "Swing The Clubhead", who actually taught his lessons in studio in Manhattan answered the question - " what is feel " by replying ... sit on a tack - that's feel!   OK a little sarcastic, but it does (pardon the expression) make a point.  Feel is a fusion of mind set with an accompanying physical component.  Were discussing golf so we'll bypass feel as applied to the emotional spectrum for now.  In the GOLFLiXPro App flyers it states " Watch a Pro ..... Feel like a Pro"  What the flyer, which by its size is limited to very few words is implying, is that by watching a physical action one can actually put themselves in the place of the person they're watching. For further identification with the model being viewed, you can look to certain points like how tightly the Pro seems to be holding the golf club. This is especially evident in the right handed player's right or dominant  hand.  If you notice the thumb and forefinger of the right hand seemingly casually draped over the left hand and part of the shaft you know that there can't be any tension in that right hand. That's a pure indicator how that part of the Pro's body is feeling to him.  It's the first step to feeling like a Pro.  We'll come back to this some more in the next few article posts. In the meantime to get a head start in grasping this elusive concept, it would be a good idea to download the App GOLFLiXPro in your iPhone Apps store listed under golflixprofessionals.
