Instant Checkmate Expands Social Media Outreach Program

July 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Founded in 2009, Instant Checkmate has quickly worked its way to becoming one of the top online sources for providing criminal background checks to the public. With about 200,000 current subscribers, and nearly 570,000 customers since the launch of its service, the Las Vegas based company has enjoyed success at a rapid rate, with its subscriptions dramatically growing month by month.

With the company’s impressive growth has come a surge of users on its social media networks on the web. Thousands of Facebook fans, twitter traffic and guest spots on blogs assert that there is growing demand and interest in Instant Checkmate’s services.

The relatively new company already has an array of amazing key players and resources, and with this boom in the social media sphere, it launched the Social Media Outreach Program to address demands and strengthen its relationship with the national community via online social networks. The program’s major goals were to spread the company’s services, unify the company voice, and provide a means of direct communication between the public and company representatives.

The program has been successful thus far, yet as Instant Checkmate’s growth as well as social media traffic has rapidly and steadily continued, it has become apparent that more resources need to be appropriated for the program.

Kristen Bright, Instant Checkmate social media specialist, is excited to expand the social media team.

"I love representing Instant Checkmate on the social web. It’s a fun job; it doesn’t even feel like work. But there are so many people in so many places, it became increasingly difficult to respond to everybody in a timely manner. That’s why I’m so excited to have a few more people on board, focusing strictly on social media,” she said.

The new members at Instant Checkmate will be on site at its Pacific Beach headquarters in San Diego by the first of August. The addition of these players now triples the size of the social media team, so they can jump into cultivating the company’s social networks that much more efficiently. Instant Checkmate is looking to invest equal time in all of its networks rather than just its Facebook.

“While we’ve done a pretty good job cultivating our Facebook fan base, the Instant Checkmate Linkedin Page hasn’t been given the same effort or attention. Instant Checkmate’s Twitter needs more love, and I wouldn’t mind even putting more effort into Instant Checkmate’s Pinterest Page. People still use that site you know,” Bright commented.

With Instant Checkmate’s newly expanded social media team, it will be more apt to devote more time and effort to strengthening its relationship with the community through all of its social media platforms.
