Need to know companies to reduce costs for Self Managed Associations, Condos

July 29, 2012 - PRLog -- At Inventive Property Management we like to pass along different cost cutting methods for both associations either self managed or managed by specific companies.  We enjoy passing along this information as it helps us to evaluate the different procedures we have implemented for our clients.

We will go through one by one the different companies we believe will have the biggest impact on your association, and the different services they offer to control you costs.  Any of these companies  can be found by typing the bold name into google to find their information.

Homewise Docs - Homewise is a company that helps you distribute important documents that are needed often times at the time of settlement or closing for the closing companies.  Typically there is a fee involved in getting the documents, however the items can be pulled at any time by the closing company without having to tie up the time of anyone in your office.  The documents are uploaded once and are available on an a-la-cart basis.

Strongroom Solutions- Strongroom is a company that specializes in the automation of your payables.  Basically, you are given a PO Box, E-mail account and fax number in which you start driving your payable invoices to.  Strongroom provides data entering to upload the invoice along with certain information you will need, including account number, amount, due date, etc..  You are then given the ability to route the invoice to the appropriate board member or authorization to automate the approval process.  They also have the ability to cut your checks and mail them automatically, instead of you having to purchase check stock and manually stuff the items.
