Schedule Released For Rick Otton’s How To Buy A House For A Dollar Live Seminars

July 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Property investment specialist Rick Otton has recently announced a series of free live one-day property investing boot camp workshops to complement his newly launched book ‘How to Buy a House for $1’.  The seminars aim to teach Australian investors how to buy and sell properties the Rick Otton way.

Mr. Otton has been known for implementing out of the box property strategies, with which he was able to build a fortune for himself and his student investors in the property business. He has been giving property investment tips for beginners through his workshops and teaching gigs, and the property book is another step towards the attainment of this goal.

“Investors need to learn how to think differently, because it’s amazing where creative thinking can lead us to and what opportunities it can present us with. We need it more in real estate because our current system is no longer working, so we have to find new ways and methods that would work,” Mr. Otton said.

Most people, not just Australians, are hesitant to enter the property business because they think they would only fail, according to Mr. Otton. “They are afraid because they don’t know where to start and how to keep going because all they see around them are failures. I’m setting up these seminars to prove otherwise,” he added.

Mr. Otton’s real estate book hit the bookstores two months ago and has been greatly received by the readers and experts in the business. “Although creative real estate investing may not be the trend right now, these concepts are gaining quite an audience because of their practicality and efficiency. Imagine buying and selling houses for just one dollar, I bet everyone would be interested in that,” said Mr. Otton.

The free seminars scheduled for August are meant to provide an in-depth look into the strategies discussed in the book, said Mr. Otton. “I want to give people the power to build their own portfolio without being hindered by lack of money or being rejected by the banks. My strategies focus on the convenient terms of payment, which I think is more important than the price being discussed,” he continued.

Mr. Otton’s seminars are known for being information-rich, easy to understand, laid-back discussions of building wealth through property investing.  The concepts are simple and delivered in a simple manner so it can be understood by people from all walks of life.

“There’s no sense in setting up a seminar they nobody understands. I want people to know what I’m talking about, nod their head if they agree and contribute to the discussion.
