Unique Languages during London 2012 (Olympic Games)

The Olympic Games is just around the corner and our Olympic English and Intensive English courses are very busy at that time, along with our other language courses of course.  With that in mind, I have decided to clarify our policy on language training lessons for Unique's language learners as well as our language training specialists.

Cancellation Policy

In this area, our policy remains the same.  Language learners wishing to cancel lessons should do so with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the lesson will be charged.  In the case where we are able to offer another lesson during that week, we will be happy to do so.

Office

Our office is staffed during office hours and non-office hours, but we encourage all visitors to make an appointment beforehand just in case as some of our office staff also act as language instructors and the office might occasionally be closed.  

Transport and Travel

We have been informed by TFL that Unique's instructors and language learners will need to allow for more time to get to our offices as well as the various sites that we use around London and the UK.  

For Intensive Language learners visiting our office in West Wimbledon, please note that Wimbledon is an Olympic venue and you should allow at least fifteen minutes extra to get to our office.

For Unique's language training specialists, who work off-site at offices and homes across London and the UK, we urge you to either allow more time to get to your language lesson or to use other modes of transport.  We have a deal in place with a taxi firm and we can help you with that, or you can always use the bicycle hire scheme, of course.
