July 13, 2012 - PRLog -- “there is more than one way to learn art and there is no right or wrong way to
draw," is how Warren Caughman, also known as "Warren C" feels about art form.  

Extremely passionate about art education, this is Warren C's inspiring message to young, up and coming talent, and one of the reasons that Founder of art Nonjudgmental [by KL Reyes], Kim Laing-Reyes wanted to work with him.  A "made in NY" grassroots art venue in its own right, art Nonjudgmental's first mission is to promote art and creativity in all forms - art is an essential creative resource and avenue that promotes open thought, and that has unfortunately, all but disappeared from many of our urban schools and educational programs.  

On Sunday, July 15, 2012, "Artist Extraordinaire," Warren C will debut with art Nonjudgmental [by KL Reyes] at art Nonjudmental's venue home, Local 138 Bar & Lounge, located in none other than the L.E.S., one of New York City's most artistically appreciative parts of town!  Warren C's zeal and genuine enthusiasm compliment art Nonjudgmental's' zero judgment, "realfeelappeal" approach to art in a HUGE way and the venue is honored to debut yet another successful art show and exhibit event with an artist of such character and caliber.

About the Artist...

Warren Caughman, aka "Warren C" has been creating artistically for over 25 years.  A graduate of Art & Design High School in New York City, Warren C, like many of the school's talented students, decided to apply his unique ability, specifically in the arts, to abstract form.  After leaving Art & Design, Warren C spent a few years in the Czech Republic honing his talent; this is where he became most inspired.  

Over the last several years, Warren C has been sought out for focus-oriented abstract art pieces.  It's no wonder..his trademark, Warren C's extraordinary application of black and white, has a way of making his abstract works POP with a realism uncommonly seen today!  Warren C's passion for extreme detail has continued to push him to create even beyond the most unique...he "sees" and experiments with a multitude of
alternative drawing processes, lending them to realistic portrait sketching.  He uses his eyes as the focal point in attracting and generating shapes and symbols in his creations, adding to to his work a layer of historical techniques and methods to accomplish his total vision.


Some of Warren C's art can be found in homes and galleries throughout the Czech Republic, Brazil and Germany.  Definitely not a one-dimensional artist, Warren C's growing concentration has primarily been on nature and the solar system, admitting that "its simplicities [combined with] mysterious complexity" entice him.  Warren C, also a licensed tattoo artist (with a major following!), is now residing in New York and presently working on 2D/3D projects, experimenting in oils and perfecting his trademark in realistic portrait sketching.  See some of Warren C's truly awesome art work at https://www.facebook.com/artNonjudgmental.
