This downspout roll forming machine was designed and built for one of our customers in Turkey to produce the 'Square' or 'Rectangular'shape downpipes as the rainspouts on roof.This downpipe roll forming machine consists of 1 uncoiler,1 motor,1 control box,1 hydraulic station,1 hydrauilc cutting unit and 1 elbow machine. Under the advanced PLC control system and encoder,this steel frame roll forming machine for m shape profile beams can run from decoiling,roll forming,cutting into required length and quantities both manually and automatically,manually for installation and training service,and automatically for production.
