Macallan Construction is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract to build The Grease Cycle’s new facility.  This project will include a new building and grease refining facility.  The Grease Cycle is locally based in Raleigh so pumping and oil pick-up is just around the corner. They are a green-focused company recycling waste oil into a renewable bio fuel. They keep commercial kitchens clean, offering kitchen drain management with unique drain cups, quarterly introduction of grease ameliorating bacteria and once a year line jetting. Grease Cycle pumps grease traps efficiently, only when necessary with the assistance of a real-time sensor. They provide state-of-the-art containers that are larger, all-plastic, lockable from the inside to provide an extra measure of protection from theft, and are easy to clean and maintain.
