The range of three limited edition knives have been highly praised by renowned chefs as being of the highest quality, beautifully balanced and a pleasure to use in a professional kitchen.
Only surpassed by corundum and diamond on the Mohs scale for hardness at 8.5 (Diamond is 10).
The Lime set of five Knives have a unique Lime Green soft touch handle and the Onyx are in all Black.
The set of four “Damascus” knives are exceptionally sharp, made in the age old traditional of the “Katana” Japanese  blasé making craftsmen, legendary for producing the Samurai Sword or Katana.
These are made by layering low carbon ( hard ) and Carbon Added (soft) Steel and folding them together, heating, folding and beating repeatedly 67 times to produce the perfect cutting blade. When polished the telltale layering pattern is visible on the surface. This is unique to the maker process.
